Used for new players' starter cards. (The computer's hand copies the player's cards instead.) A rarity with no cards yet can't be drawn, so its chance is shared among the others ("Actual now").

Each card in a pack rolls its rarity with these odds, separately from the chances above. Players see the actual odds on the Card Packs page.

Cards you build, the rarity chances and the pack settings are saved in this browser only. Export them to keep a copy or move them to another device, then import that file there. Importing adds and updates cards; it never removes any.
