These terms are an agreement between you and Blurry Ware ("we") about using WildFlip. By playing, you agree to them.
Playing WildFlip
- We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play WildFlip for your own enjoyment.
- You're responsible for your account. Don't share it, sell it or let others use it.

Cards, coins and other items
- Cards, coins, gems and other in-game items are a license to use them in the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold, traded for money or transferred outside the game.
- Cards can be won and lost through play, as the game's rules describe. Pack odds are shown in the Store.
- We may change the game, including items, odds and prices, to keep it balanced and fun.

Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, interfere with the servers, harass other players, or use offensive player names. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules, and remove items gained by breaking them.
Ownership
WildFlip, its name, art, cards and code belong to Blurry Ware. Don't copy, modify or redistribute them.
No warranty
WildFlip is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. You can stop playing at any time. We may stop offering WildFlip with reasonable notice where the law requires it.
